Organize, develop and document facility master plans and standards for Education & Office Buildings based on extensive information gathering, analysis and recommendations.<br/><br/>2.      Review and/or coordinate implementation of facility strategic plans as a basis for establishing facility master planning goals.<br/><br/>3.      Develop recommendations and priorities as a basis for preparing architectural solutions to physical facility problems.<br/><br/>4.      Prepare architectural programs (space program) for both facility master plans and for specific projects defining spaces and square footage to be utilized in design solutions.<br/><br/>5.      Develop architectural design solutions for facility master plans including appropriate phasing and development schedules.<br/><br/>6.      Participate in existing facility evaluations as preparatory information gathering towards design solutions.<br/><br/>7.      Work closely with in-house and/or consulting architects and engineers in the development of both mater plans and specific projects.<br/><br/>8.
