Need

Parsons is seeking a Project Controls Manager with a current TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance to provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance for the resolution of difficult and complex project control problems. Successful candidate will manage a team of Project Control Engineers/Specialists who are qualified to analyze, evaluate, and forecast project costs, as well as performance against an established schedule with critical milestones. Will also assess the impact(s) of design/construction changes and schedule slippages. * High School/Trade School diploma; 4-year degree in related field preferred
* It is anticipated that individuals will be certified to perform activities in one or more of the following areas (or subjects): Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Instrumentation and Controls, Civil, Structural, Architectural, HVAC, Welding, Non-Destructive Examination, Receiving, and Special Processes. Certification to industry recognized standards, such as certification to DOT, IEEE, AWS, SNT-TC-1a, ACI, or International Code Council or internal Parsons certification requirements as a part of the Quality Control certification program, will be required
* ASQ, CMQ, or CMQ/OE preferred. Evidence of previous certification required
* Additional years of education beyond the minimum requirement are considered equivalent to years of related work experience
* Proof of U.S. citizenship required. Active security clearance preferred. Must be eligibility requirements to obtain a Top Secret/SCI with Full-Scope Polygraph security clearance
