		<title>Business Development Specialist, Senior Job (Washington DC, DC, US)</title>

We make the world a safer place.      <br/><br/>   Need    <br/><br/>    Parsons is seeking an individual who is ready to perform as a Senior Bid Manager as part of the Project Development Team. Parsons has proposal centers in Washington, DC and Pasadena, CA. As the Bid Manager you will manage a team in responding to and preparing materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and client presentations. Responsibilities include all phases of the bid planning and execution life cycle for all volumes associated with a given pursuit, including technical, management, experience, cost, and others as required. Successful candidate will serve in a lead capacity on an average of 4 major proposals per year.
