Closely liaises with Client stakeholders, Architect/Engineer of Record, Construction Contractor and on Site PMC consultant staff for Project Management, Construction, Contracts and Project Controls. <br/><br/> DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: <br/><br/> Chairs and minutes periodic design meetings with the Client, A/E of Record, Contractor and third part procurement agents as applicable. <br/> Reviews and maintains procurement schedules, coordinated with planned design and construction activities as part of the overall Level 1 schedule. <br/> Coordinates development of RFP documents for architectural procurement services, negotiation and award recommendation. <br/> Coordinates review and approval of Architectural items prior to agent procurement. <br/> Coordinates value engineering assessments for alternative specification and quantity of villas architectural items and prepares recommendation reports of same for Client approvals to include cost, schedule and quality assessment. <br/> Authors all villas architectural related correspondence for issue by the PM. <br/> Verifies completeness and adequacy of submittal reviews and RFI responses, and coordinates input from design architects where required prior to return to the facility construction Contractor(s). <br/> Performs architectural and interior design deliverable document review and other activities associated with design completion management as assigned. <br/> Prepares weekly and monthly procurement status reports and prepares design status reports. <br/><br/> Minimum 10 years experience. <br/><br/> Bachelors Degree in Architecture. <br/><br/> Architectural Design required, Interior Design experience desirable. <br/><br/> Prior management experience desired. <br/><br/> Strong written and verbal communication ability.  <br/><br/> Experience developing RFP's and conducting document reviews.]]></description>
