Preconstruction Manager/Program Manager/Project Manager/Owner's Representative for California Hospitals designed and constructed under juristiction of California State Office of Statewide Healthcare Planning and Development (OSHPD).
Duties include pursuit and management of all phases of pre-construction and construction for large to mega (+/-$400Mil) stand alone, additions or replacement Hospitals and/or related Central Energy Plants/Medical Office Buildings/Parking Structures/Site Infrastructure. Direct reporting to client, monthly status reports for multiple capital projects in pre-design, design and construction. Review of RFPs for design services. Review of Request for Bid and responses to assure lowest competent bidder. Contract negotiations, payment application approvals, cashflow reporting, contract administration functions (RFI & Submittal review) etc.
Internal reporting for Parsons. Manage multiple FTE of various levels as required by Owner Contract for Professional Services. Perform contractual duties. Represent Parsons in all matters except items moved to upper management.
Bachelor's Degree or similar experience in Architecture, Construction Management or related field. Field experience as on-site Project Manager/Owner's Representative or similar.. Experience with California Hospitals built under approval and inspection by OSHPD.
Minimum 10 years of related or similar experience.
