OERVIEW:

The project consists of the construction of a confidential client’s 277,000 gsf new mission-critical facilities and headquarters in Folsom, California. The complex will include a three story office building with space for 750 employees, a Mission critical building with central plant, data center and energy control enter; and a public building with conference rooms, training rooms, bard rooms and support spaces.

Assist with procuring subcontractors

Assist with writing scopes of work for subcontractors

Client interface and representation during construction

Provide coordination of construction site activities

Assist with development of project budgets

Prepare and maintain project schedules

Review cost controls system information

Conduct project coordination meetings

Manage submittal distribution and tracking

Manage project close out activities

Other applicable duties as established by program manager



ESSENTIALS:

5 to 10 years experience a minimum in related field

Project take-off and estimating

Strong MS Office Skills including MS Word, MS Excel

Previous experience with project management financial software

Previous experience with Public Building Projects, Office Buildings and/or Data Centers a plus

Strong organizational skills

Team oriented individual

Self Starter

Must be able to pass California Department of Justice security clearance

Education

Bachelors degree in a related field

Equivalent work experience will be considered
