Engineering Manager (Water/Wastewater) - DFW Metroplex

Overview:
Parsons is looking for leaders to join us and become a part of our growing water/wastewater leadership team. We currently have an excellent opportunity for a senior level water/wastewater engineer in the Ft. Worth/Dallas Metroplex. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic candidate to help build our water/wastewater practice. If you are an excellent water/wastewater engineer who would like to build on your existing client relationships and ultimately manage a practice with a well respected firm, this position may be right for you. This opportunity involves project management, client development and marketing for municipal water/wastewater design projects including pump stations, conveyance systems and treatment facilities.
The successful candidate will be comfortable and experienced in interacting with clients, developing proposals that will assist in shaping the direction of our local water/wastewater practice.
Requirements:: The ideal candidate will be a senior level civil engineer with 15 years of wide range experience in water/wastewater planning and design including pump station, conveyance and treatment. The ideal candidate will possess a P.E. registration; Texas preferred. Experience in municipal utilities engineering/design with 5 years minimum in the DFW Metroplex is required. A successful track record of working with municipal clients, current membership in local professional organizations, and demonstrated ability to develop and execute work is a must.
