Project
Parsons is managing an Independent Validation and Verification (IV&V) program for an agency within the Department of Defense to review third party A/E work, conduct self-performed studies and analysis, testing and measuring, and perform specialized engineering services, planning and design reviews, commissioning services and construction oversight on worldwide delivery orders. This project is a 13 week assignment and contingent upon award of additional scope of work in early October.
Need
Parsons is seeking an Technical Writer to develop reports, presentations, and other written material to document the business process and work flow models that will be implemented for this client. In this role, you will be writing business procedures and policies for a large scale facility management program. As such, good communication skills, both verbal and written, will be integral to completing your assignments that will entail writing, editing, proofreading and formatting. Your ability to interact with business management, facility personnel and client representatives will be key to your success.
5 years of technical writing experience in business process and work flow models
Proven experience in writing business procedures and policies
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Visio, plus some familiarity with BusinessManager (Savvion), BizFlow or business process modeling software
4 year degree in business administration, English, journalism or related field
Proof of U.S. citizenship required and current TS /SCI clearance with full scope polygraph preferred
